Free Exchanges

Exchanges are free by phone or e-mail within the United States or Canada (one time only). Simply e-mail us at Chris@divabras.com or call us at (866)582-5960, send the items back with the original tags attached (insured, prepaid), and we will ship your updated order for free .  Diva Bras will send in-stock item(s) right away, credit you for your return once it is received, and only charge you for your new item(s). Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, without stains or perfume, and in the original packaging (including, original plastic) with labels attached. The item(s) must be received in our office within 7 days of receiving package. By U.S. law, we cannot accept exchanges on underwear .

Merchandise Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return new merchandise that is unworn, undamaged and without stains or perfume, in the original packaging (including original plastic) with the labels and tags attached . The item(s) must be received in our office within 7 days of receiving the package. Credits will be issued to the original credit card; however, you are responsible for return shipping (insured, prepaid) plus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping fees (deducted from original credit card). Our decision to allow free shipping on all US and Canadian orders of $75.00 or more has forced us to charge a 10% restocking fee on all orders. Please allow ten business days for your return to be processed. By U.S. law, we cannot accept exchanges on underwear .

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that the item(s) we sent arrived damaged, please return the item(s) along with a note explaining the problem to Diva Bras. Please write your order number on the top of the page to assist us with identification. Upon receipt of the item(s), Diva Bras will investigate and contact you to discuss an agreed upon resolution.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received prior to the shipment of merchandise will result in no charge to the credit card account.
