Shipping Policy

At Diva Bras, we offer free domestic standard shipping for all bra orders within the continental United States (exclusions: single orders of panties and sales items). We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), DHL, or FedEx Ground at our discretion. In stock merchandise will ship within 24 hours. Expedited shipping is available to all orders for an additional charge.

Shipping/Handling: Free on all Bra Orders (non sales items) within the United States. Note: On single orders of panties and special sale items a $5.00 dollar handling fee is applied. If these items are included with a regular bra order they are shipped with no additional charges.

United Parcel Service (UPS) 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available in the 48 contiguous states only. UPS does not deliver to PO, APO, FPO boxes. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Standard Delivery times for in-stock orders are 3 – 7 business days. Out-of-stock orders will be shipped immediately upon receiving items from the manufacturer.

UPS Standard Shipping is used for Canadian orders.

To help keep our shipping charges free on the Internet, we will ship your order once all the items are in stock. If you would like your in-stock items shipped out immediately, please contact our customer service department. A small charge (up to $5.00) will apply for standard domestic shipping.

Divabras.com only accepts orders with a billing and shipping address in the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped as soon as possible, subject to credit card approval and stock availability.

Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours upon receiving the items from the manufacturer(excluding weekends and holidays). Due to our large volume of sizes, colors, styles, and collections, some items may be backordered. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to keep you informed of your order and shipping status. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation and a tracking number.

We send all our packaging with discretion in mind. Packages are mailed in either a plain envelope or box. No indication of the contents is made on the shipment. The return address on the package is the following:

On the day your order is shipped, Diva Bras will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and the amount charged to your credit card.

At the present time, we only ship within the United States and Canada.

All posted pricing is in U.S. dollars ($US). Please be sure to account for conversion rate.
